"From Past to Future: An Interview on Respect for the Elderly Week and Elderly Rights" themed interview was organized

Within the scope of 18-24 March Respect for the Elderly Week, a talk on "Respect for the Elderly and Elderly Rights" was organized in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Conference Hall by our Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty Members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz SAY ŞAHİN and Dr. Lecturer Merve Nur OKTAR, coordinated by the Center for Aging Studies Application and Research. Social Service Specialist Bayram KESKİN from the Burdur Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services Disabled and Elderly Services unit participated in the talk. The services provided to elderly individuals in Turkey, national and international legislation, as well as elderly rights, elderly care institutions, and service models in Turkey were discussed in the talk. At the end of the talk, Bayram KESKİN answered questions from students related to the field and gave advice on students' interest in the field of aging, aging, and care.
